Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including your full contact details, telephone number, mobile and addresses.
Delivery
The deadlines and time periods indicated by Whoopwhoop.co.nz are not binding, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Whoopwhoop.co.nz is not responsible for delays of delivery due to Force Majeure or due to events which make the delivery considerably more difficult or impossible, even if binding time periods and delivery deadlines have been agreed. Those events permit Whoopwhoop.co.nz to delay the delivery. Whoopwhoop.co.nz is always permitted to carry out partial deliveries.
Deliveries to non Rural locations are signature required and traceable. All courier companies when safe to do so leave your item in a secure location.
Damage
You are required to inspect for damages any items at the time of delivery, fail to do so may void your rights to claim for damage once a signature is obtained.
All claims must be done within 48 hours of any delivery. All claims must be done through e-mail with order number and photos of the damage.
Refunds & Returns
Once an order is placed we allow 24 hours as a grace period for cancelation and refund of your payment. Refunds are made to your credit card in 7 working days when possible.
No refunds are made for orders made after 24 hours has elapsed.
All orders are final, we do not accept returns as all orders are produced in bulk and specially made for you.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content").
Restrictions
You are expressly and emphatically restricted from all of the following:
- publishing any Website material in any media;
- selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
