Whoop Whoop is a unique online store that allows retails customers to buy products at wholesale prices, with our unique bulk orders we are able to manufacture large quantity of products at a reduced price and this way able to pass it on the savings to our customers.
But how it works?
We list on our website a single product with a limited quantity, this limited quantity has to be reached so we can manufacturer the products in bulk. You place your order in our website for the product and once we have reached the minimum quantity for production the sale of that product ends and order is sent to production.
How do I know if the product is still available?
If the product is still listed on our website it means its still available and you can buy as many items as you like, there is no limit per customer. Bellow the main image of the product you will see a status bar that fills up as it sells, once the bar is almost complete red it means the sale for that product is near the quantity required for production.
I missed a product can I still buy it?
You can contact us on our email, if the production of the bulk order is still ongoing we may be able to include your order.
Alternatively you can send us a request for this product and quantity you require and we may in the future relist the same item.
How long do I have to wait to get my order?
It will depend how quickly we have reached the minimum quantity required for production, after the item is sold out orders are sent to production. Production time will vary from product to product as depending of the product on sale the factory may have items out of shelf.
Once an order has been fulfilled you can contact us with your order number to find out the actual time it will take for production and delivery to you.
Can I cancel my order?
No. As all orders are produced in bulk and your order was part of the minimum requirement for production therefore we can’t cancel it as this would alter the number of items being produced and the price per item would change affecting all other orders.
I have received my order but it’s not what I expected to be, what can I do?
We aim to have all items listed on our website as is, with accurate description. If you find that what you have received is not what you have ordered please contact us with photos of the product you have received.
I have received my order damaged, what now?
Please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage and we will try to sort it out for you. Remember that all deliveries are made by courier with signature require and are to be inspected at the time of delivery.
